Q. How do I access my Website
The control panel runs on port 2083 so if you are behind a firewall or proxy server, you might have trouble accessing your control panel if that port is blocked. Unfortunately, there is no way around this and the only resolution is to talk to your Network Administration about opening up that port for you.

website with Microsoft FrontPage?

You may use your support area to enquire about a restore - this usually costs £70 per request and restoration. It costs NOTHING to enquire about this.
